This gem was in response to my “YOU SHOULD MESSAGE ME IF” section which included the quote with which he kicks off his “inspiring” rant!
His unsolicited message:
- “you believe there are enough things right with the world to fix the things that are wrong”
why are you looking for an idiot/ignoramus? we’re so fucked that literally the only thing that can ‘save us’ is a controlled disaster. ie: losing a few billion humans, and quickly. or a miracle. maybe god will teleport 5 billion humans to a bigger planet…
people won’t start living sustainably, overnight. and we’re basically already out of time, given our population (sky high and increasing)…
oh, did you mean our government? lolz. same thing.
animal rights? see above.
this isn’t something anyone wants to hear, but we’re fucked. we can only hope to delay/limit the damage, at this point (again… barring a quick, magic disaster that would wipe out a MASSIVE amount of human life, while not catastrophically harming the ecosystem… [ie: a virus specifically engineered to target only humans])…
and 95% of the “activists” i’ve encountered here are only about “feel good” bullshit that does/changes nothing (or complete posers who don’t do anything, at all)… except the (weak minded) activists’ esteem.
